Mukhtar leads Loola AI's operations, partnerships and growth. A second-time founder driven by technology and education equity, he steers the company's mission to expand digital learning access across underserved communities.

Abdirahman leads technology strategy, software architecture and AI product development. He is the architect of Loola's core platforms, Layli and Caalim, engineered for offline-first learning in low-connectivity environments.

Sahal oversees operations, implementation and delivery, coordinating field deployment, logistics and local partnerships across Somali educational environments.

Mohamed leads curriculum development and instructional design, aligning Loola's digital content with national education standards. He brings 25+ years in education, including service as Dean of a College of Education.

Billan leads gender inclusion, disability inclusion, safeguarding and accessibility. A socio-cultural anthropologist and Carnegie Doctoral Fellow in African AI Ethics, she ensures Loola's solutions are inclusive and responsibly designed.

Roda leads quality management, monitoring and evaluation, risk and compliance to international standards, drawing on 12+ years in program assurance including senior leadership at Boeing.

Mohamed leads cloud architecture, cybersecurity, hosting and data protection. He brings 15+ years in infrastructure as a Google Cloud engineer with dual CCIE certification.

Omar is a high-speed HR leader with an MBA from Cape Breton University and a deep background in tech startup operations. Known for his ability to master new systems and challenges on the fly, he thrives at the intersection of community development and innovative technology.
